What Happens if we Select the Wrong Size?

We suggest you stick with the precise sizing guide. Go with your Jean’s waist size, and if you’re inside the range in the sizing chart, go with that range and not smaller. Because the chances of a perfect fit are so high, we suggest you stick to ordering 1 size only and not a variety of ‘test’ sizes, because ordering more than 1 size basically guarantees you trip to the post office. However, if they don’t fit, we’ll gladly exchange them.

Washing Instructions!

Natural fibers like modal are known for their ultra soft textures, but washing on too harsh a cycle can cause lint pills to develop long term. If you’re worried about long term longevity, separate lights from darks, and wash separately. You can machine wash in warm water, preferably on the delicates cycle, and don’t use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on the lowest heat setting and remove as soon as they’re dry. During our lab tests with SGS, an independent testing service, we got virtually no shrinkage in their most rigorous hot washing test. However, we don’t recommend this long-term.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: My fellow backers and club members, tomorrow is the deadline to update or fill out your surveys for the first shipment round. This includes your mailing address, items, and add-ons. A few notes: -ACCESS YOUR SURVEY: https://comfortableclub.backerkit.com/ -Items shipping April 5th -Deadlines for surveys is March 25th -HOLD SHIPMENTS: If you would like us to HOLD your shipment for a later date, please contact us at [email protected] immediately (unless you've already done so and we've confirmed this via e-mail). -LOCKED SURVEYS: If your survey is locked because your credit card was already charged for add-ons, please contact us at [email protected] immediately with details on the changes you'd like to make and we'll do them on your behalf. We'll confirm the changes via e-mail. -SHIRTS: Remember, shirts run small. If you would rather use them as undershirts or prefer a snug but light fit, go with your normal shirt size. If you would rather use them as normal fitting casual shirts, go with a larger size. -If you don't fill out your survey on time, we'll contact you on April 10th and organize a second shipment round. We're tremendously excited to get our products in you hands. The items are currently on route to the fulfillment center in Kentucky, and will be ready for shipment on April 5th. This is a bit of a delay from our March promise due to a pick-up hurdle at our departure port. The vessel arrived in Norfolk, Virginia 2 days ago, underwent customs inspection, and was released today, at which point the container will be transferred to train and railed to Louisville, Kentucky. Once they get to our fulfillment and shipping center on April 1st, they're received, counted, inspected, and organized. A few days after, thousands of pre-orders much like your own will be picked and packed into our new shipping cartons in a matter of hours and then shipped out. This is the point where you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information :) U.S. orders can expect to receive their items within 5 days of receiving their shipping confirmation. International orders can expect to receive their items in 8-12 days, depending on your country. International orders will carry tracking information up until your destination country, at which point they'll be handed over to a local delivery courier. BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
